Water is beauty .
Human bodies are full of water . Water is a basic structrural component for our organisms . I’m sure that I’m not the first to talk to you about the importance of water right ? But lets talk about how water helps us to reduce the orange effect !
Two things that make cellulite worst is the bad blood circulation and the fluid retention . And the one thing that helps us to improve these two “situations” above is water . So water helps us with our cellulite problem . Better blood circulation and less fluid retention means breathtaking , hydrated skin .
THE ONE SINGLE TIP THAT HELPS ME TO DRINK MORE WATER
Every body says that we have to drink at least 2 lt of water everyday .
That means 8 glasses !
From my peresonal experience , in a full bussy day of work , gym and photoshoots I drink 4-5 glasses of water ! That’s half of what I was supposed to drink! Its not enough ! This will not help us to reduce cellulite until summer .So I had to figure out some tricks otherwise I wouldn’t see the desirable results .Then I bought a big flask ( 500ml ) and I kept it by my side 24/7 and I tried to think all the time that I have to drink 4 of them during the day ! Since then I’m drinking 2lt of water every day !
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I can tell you this , that if I used only this tip alone , I wouldn’t see the results I’m seeing right now . But if I didn’t follow this , again I wouldn’t have seen these results . Water is your main weapon in the fight against cellulite . Do not understimatate it !

Repeat after me , I have to limit this love to once a week .
Most of us , work so many hours during the day and this turns out to distroy our “eating programme” . The “easy & fast” food is always the first choice that comes to our minds right? Sandwich , crepes , pizza etc . Even the ”healthy” , low fat turkey sandwich is not so innocent at all . But why ? If only pure fat makes us ”bigger” , life would be much easier . Our body needs energy and it takes this energy from carbs . If you take more carbs than you need , then your body transforms them into fat ! And that fat may become cellulite ! So , less carbs in your diet is a powerful tip to reduce cellulite in buttocks and thighs .
HOW TO LIMIT CARBS IN YOUR EVERY DAY DIET
It’s not easy , I know !
Easiest options when it comes to making your own food are carbs .
- SET A SPAGGETI DAY . Have only one day per week in which you will enjoy your favorite pasta dish .
- SALAD INSTEAD TOAST . Prefer a chicken salad than a chicken club with fries.
- FRUITS ARE YOUR SUGAR NOW . I know this feeling , it’s 5 oclock , you are almost done with your work and you are in a desperent need of something sweet . Eat a banana not a ton of chocolate!!
- NO MORE STARBUCKS FRAPPUCINOS . I love the Caramel Frappuccino but it’s full of sugar and froasting and that means CARRRRRRBSSSSS . Prefer a green tea or a plain cappuccino !
- FORGET CHEERIOS – Almost every box of cereals in super markets is full of extra sugar ( that’s why they taste so good)so replace them with quaker flakes .
- CREATE YOUR SUPERMARKET LIST – Write down in a papper what you need from the supermarket , if you go without one you’ll propably come back home with a basket full of carbs like biscuits and chips and many other easy meals.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Almost two years ago , I went to a beauty salon to try some new therapies for cellulite. As soon as I arrived there , they wanted to write down my weight , fat persentage etc . I was shocked , I was 10 kilos up from my regural weight ! And , it may seems weird but I didn’t see them or feel them until then . I run away and I got home and then I suddenly faced the problem in my kitchen . A lot of bread , cerials , pasta etc . What if the 90 % of them were whole grain , they were carbs no matter what . I realized that most of the days I was eating a toast for breakfast , pasta for lunch and cerials for dinner . So many carbs for one day and imagine that the quantity was normal ! I cut them and in two months I lost the 10 extra kilos ! And a big part was fat and it really made a difference at my cellulite .

Nowdays going to the gym is a very common habbit , it’s not only for professional athletes but for all of us who want to improve our appearance and stay healthy . You propably have counted so many hours running on treadmill , right ? Which is great but it’s not enough for achieving our goal . A toned body needs a lot of work , heavy work , if you know what I mean.Dont be afraid or shy ( I have caught my self feeling shy ) and go to the free weights section . Most women avoid this place of the gym because as I said they are afraid , shy or believe that this is only for the muscular men . Wrong , wrong and again wrong . This is your way to a firmed body . There are so many great excersices that will help you to get a firmer booty and reduce cellulite on your thighs and buttocks . An extra tip , for me this is the key to succed , lift heavy . Ugh , it’s true , you won’t feel comfortable after the 4rd rep of your excersice . You can only achieve this by lifting heavy . After all , heavy weights means bigger muscles and that means toned body .
BEST HEAVY LIFTING EXCERSICES FOR A STUNNING BOOTY Squats on smith . The most famous excersice for women . If you are a beginner you can start with 10 kilos , for more advanced I would suggest 30-40 kilos, it depends on you.
- Bulagarian split squats . Not so famous as smith squats but this is one of the most powerful excerisices . For begginers 6 kilos is good and for advanced , I go up to 20 kilos .
- Fire hydrants . During this excersice we don’t use weights but if you want to challenge your booty and cellulite even more , you can use ankle weights .
- Foward & Backward Lunges . Again one of the most famous leg excerises. Use weights just like the Bulgarian split squats.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I have started gym since high school . Ok those days I wasn’t a fanatic but I was trying to visit it twice a week . I had almost no weight lifting in my programme , spinning class , zumba , yoga , pillates were my only options . That’s because I was shy , yep , I used to think that I couldn’t go in the free weights section because I was too weak and fatty . Omg , I’m laughing with myself right now . How could I become stronger if I didnt do it ! After discussing this with my friends (female & male ) I realized that this is something a lot of us have in our mind . It’s completely wrong ! From every angle , it’s a mistake . It’s like saying to yourself “I’m not good enough” . Imagine that I finally got over this just 1 year ago , and the best results I have ever seen in my body are now ! So , start lifting .
